If you are not satisfied with your Sofibella purchase, just return it to us. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase.

With no exceptions - All returns must be processed through our return portal.
Any merchandise returned that has been used, is without tags, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
All final sale items are clearly marked with a purple banner on the collection and product detail page stating "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges."
Return your merchandise with these 3 easy steps:
STEP 1 – Initiate your return with the return portal above
Please complete this step before shipping your package. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.
STEP 2 - Preparing your package
Place your product into secured packaging. Be sure that all pieces have tags attached. Please include a small note inside your package with your full name and order number.
STEP 3 - Sending your package
Please print your RMA confirmation email, place inside your return and ship your package. If returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Once your items arrive in our warehouse and are inspected, please allow 7-14 business days to process your return and for Sofibella to issue the accurate refund back to your original form of payment.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise including any taxes if applicable (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged/ Defective Items
We stand behind our products and always want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged or defective item, start a return within 30 days of receiving the order and we will rectify this right away.
Final Sale Items
FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If we receive packages that contain items that are FINAL SALE, they will be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
Sofibella does offer an exchange policy. We request you pack and ship the item/items back to our main office. (Address provided below). In addition, place a small note inside the package stating it is an exchange. Please provide the order number, and what sizes you are requesting.

Gift Cards
Orders marked as a GIFT will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate and will be emailed to the email associated with the order.
